No. Bowman Red Rookie Redemption cards are strictly excluded from the standard Topps Product Defect Submission process and cannot be submitted for damaged or defective card replacements.
Per the official program guidelines, Red Rookie Redemption cards must be kept in pack-fresh condition (free from significant tears, major creases, or severe handling damage) to qualify for physical vault submission and milestone rewards.

Topps will replace eligible cards from current-year products following review.
All submissions must grade below 7 or Near Mint (NM) condition threshold for eligibility.
Submissions may be approved or denied at Topps sole discretion and are subject to parameters that may be determined by Topps on a case-by-case basis.
If a submission is denied because the card meets the NM condition policy, the collector may choose to have the card graded. Once graded, if the card falls below 7 or Near Mint (NM) condition threshold, it may be re-submitted to Topps for evaluation.
Declining to have the card graded will make it ineligible for replacement until it is graded.

“Damaged” or “defective” refers to issues arising from manufacturing, such as printing errors, creases, or warping.
Cards that meet or exceed a grade of 7 or Near Mint (NM) standards will not qualify for replacement or other remedy under this policy.
