Everything to Know About Topps Exchange!
Eligibility Requirements:
To participate in the Topps Exchange Program (“Program”), collectors must meet the following criteria:
- Have at least one redemption card with “open” status of 100 days or more, as determined by the redemption submission date on Topps.com.
- The total value of the redemption card(s) must be $150 or more.
- Redemptions that have already been submitted to Customer Service for a collector-initiated substitution are not eligible for the Program.
Combining Redemptions:
- Collectors may combine multiple “open” redemption cards to meet the $150 minimum, as long as each card has been open for at least 100 days.
- Example: Two redemption cards valued at $75 each and open for over 100 days may be combined to meet the $150 threshold.
Exchange Value:
- Collectors will receive one (1) Topps Exchange Box for every $150 in trade-in value.
- Additional Exchange Boxes will be awarded for each additional $150 in value.
- Example: $299 in trade-in value earns 1 Exchange Box; $300 earns 2 Exchange Boxes.
- Maximum limit: 10 Exchange Boxes per collector (equivalent to $1,500+ in trade-in value).
Agreement and Documentation:
- Redemption values must be mutually agreed upon by Topps and the collector. If no agreement is reached, the collector may choose to wait for fulfillment or request a substitution through Customer Service.
- Collectors must provide photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID) to verify that their Topps.com account matches the person participating in the Program.
- A Topps Exchange Agreement must be signed before any exchange is completed.
Special Considerations:
- Topps reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Program or its terms at any time for any reason.
- All decisions and interpretations by Topps are final.
