TOPPS® 2020 “Celebration of the Decades” Event
Subject to the promotion terms and conditions , including the eligibility and participation requirements below, if you have received one of the 50 tickets to the Topps® 2020 “Celebration of the Decades” experience on or before October 7th 2020, you and one guest are invited to attend a unique event that will include food, special guest appearances, and fun celebrating multiple generations of Major League Baseball®.
Ticket holders must be 18 years of age or older and RSVP no later than October 7th, 2020 to attend the Event. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also an eligible ticket holder. To enter the Event, all ticket holders may be required to present the physical “Celebration of the Decades” ticket bearing the Topps tracking number matching the number provided with such ticket holder’s RSVP and both the ticket holder and guest must have signed a waiver and release (parents/guardians of guests under 18 will be required to sign a waiver and release on behalf of his/her minor guest.) Ticket holders and guests will also be required to provide proof of identify and eligible age to enter the Event.

- Topps tracking number for your ticket. This is the code on the bottom of the ticket consisting of 3 letters and 7 numbers.

Topps will confirm your reservation and provide additional Event details via the email address used to RSVP. By sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, you agree to receive communications related to the Event. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Topps, your attendance at the Event has not been reserved.
Saturday, November 7, 2020 at The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa in Henderson, Nevada (the “Resort”).
Topps will provide one standard room at the Resort for the ticket holder and guest for the night of November 7, 2020. Hotel rooms will be reserved on a double occupancy basis (i.e. for ticket holder and guest, Topps will reserve one standard room). Topps will cover room expenses and taxes only. All incidental charges, including room service, bar, phone calls, internet charges, movies, etc. are Invitee’s responsibility.
Topps will provide food and beverages during the event party.
All other costs and expenses relating to ticket holder’s and guest’s attendance at the Event, including travel to and from the Event, lodging for nights other than November 7, 2020, and all meals, snacks, and beverages not provided during the Event party shall be the sole responsibility and expense of ticket holder and guest. See Limitations and Conditions below.
LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS:
Employees of TOPPS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, printers, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate. Travel to and from the Event, lodging (except for the Resort room provided by Topps on the night of November 7, meals (except any food and beverages provided at the Event), and all other costs and expenses incurred by Event attendees are the sole responsibility and expense of such attendees. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the ticket holder / Event attendee. Any attempt to forge materials or defraud Topps in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All reservations must be verified by TOPPS whose decisions on all matters are final. Void where prohibited by law. TOPPS and its licensors are not responsible for losses or damages relating to this program or for late, illegible, postage due, or misdirected mail (including email), lost COTD tickets, or any failure of ticket holder or guest to attend the event. No refunds or substitutions of the Topps® 2020 “Celebration of the Decades” ticket (or attendance at the experience) permitted. If ticket holder and/or any guest does not attend the Event, does not meet all entry requirements, or receives the ticket after October 7, 2020, he/she is not entitled to any other product or compensation of any kind.
Topps can change, modify, or cancel the “Celebration of the Decades” promotion, including the event, at any time and without compensation to ticket holders or guests.
