1971 Art Howe Signed Topps Baseball Card Contract

Art Howe signed his first professional contract with the Pirates in 1971, the same year he signed his first baseball card contract with The Topps Company. He would stay in Pittsburgh through 1975, while this contract would stay at Topps up until the moment you got it.
