Orders placed before 12:30pm ET are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm ET are usually shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:30pm ET on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Smart Post: Orders being shipped using Smart Post can take 7-10 business days. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of the order being shipped, please contact us at 800-489-9149 option #1 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please Note: Business days do not include weekends and Holidays.
UPS delivery times vary depending on your location, with the average delivery time of 2-6 days. Our shipping warehouse is based in New York, so orders going to the North East US can expect delivery from 1-3 days, while orders going to the West Coast can expect delivery time ranging from 4-6 days.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Please take this into consideration when choosing Next Day Air or2nd Day Air Shipping.
UPS does not deliver on major U.S. holidays. Please check the UPS website for a list of UPS Holidays.
Items with FREE shipping only valid to U.S. Addresses. Your order may be automatically cancelled if your address is outside the United Stated and you place an order which qualify for free shipping.

Return Policy: All trading card and memorabilia products sales are final. To return or exchange an apparel order, please place the enclosed label on the package, or feel free to use your own method of shipment. Please be aware that if you use the enclosed label the cost of shipping will be deducted off of your final refund amount. If the product is returned in good condition we will refund you order within 10 business days of receipt. If you are looking to exchange, no need to call, just write instruction on the return form and we will send the order out to you as soon as we receive the return.
