Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older as of 2/15/06. Eligible minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation. Employees, officers, directors, representatives & agents of Topps Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., MLB Media Holdings, Inc., MLB Media Holdings, L.P., MLB Online Services, Inc., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, & the Major League Baseball Clubs, & each of their respective shareholders, employees, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, & assigns (hereinafter, collectively "MLB Entities"), Target Corporation, The Upper Deck Company, a Nevada Corporation, The Upper Deck Company, LLC, Excell Marketing, L.C. & each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, & advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) & the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, & local laws & regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Two Ways To Participate:(1) Via Purchase : Between 2/15/06 & 12/31/06 (“Promotion Period”), purchase a specially marked package of 2006-07 MLB licensed The Upper Deck Company, a Nevada Corporation Trading Cards &/or Topps Company, Inc. Trading Cards sold at participating Target retail locations (while supplies last) during normal business operating hours throughout the Promotion Period. If your package of MLB licensed trading cards contains an MLB Game Card (“Game Card”), you win (2) tickets for one 2006-2007 Major League Baseball game (see complete details below). In order to claim your prize you must complete the Game Card in accordance with the instructions provided & mail the completed Game Card in a sealed envelope to: 2006 Major League Baseball Card Promotion, P.O. Box 16011, Bridgeport, CT 06673-6011. All prize claims must be received by 1/8/07 & are subject to verification of eligibility & compliance with the terms of these official rules. Once verified by the judges, you win the prize indicated. All prize claims received after 6/1/06 will receive tickets to a 2007 MLB Game. Retain a photocopy of your original Game Card for your records as proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery/receipt. (2) Via U.S. Mail : To participate by mail & have a transaction conducted on your behalf, mail a 3” x 5” piece of paper hand printed with your name, complete mailing address, date of birth, telephone number & the name of the MLB team nearest to your residence to be received by 1/8/07 to: 2006 Major League Baseball Card Promotion, P.O. Box 16013, Bridgeport, CT 06673-6013. One “No Sale” transaction will be conducted on your behalf which will provide you with the chance to win a Grand Prize instantly. Only winners via this method will receive a notification by regular mail. Enter as many times as you wish, but limit one “No Sale” request per First Class-stamped outer envelope. Mailed “No Sale” requests that are photocopied or mechanically reproduced are void. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Promotion ends 12/31/06. Making a transaction will not increase your chances of winning. All submissions will become the property of Sponsor & will not be returned. Prizes will be mailed 6-8 weeks following completion of verification process. Limit three prizes per person, family or household.

Prizes/Odds: (7,000) Grand Prizes: (2) tickets for one 2006-2007 Major League Baseball game (final game date, team, & game location is at Sponsor’s sole discretion) (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$20 per pair/Odds: 1:143). Winner is responsible for transportation to & from the game. Tickets subject to certain terms & conditions as specified by Sponsor. Exact seat locations at game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game. Total ARV of all prizes is $140,000. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of said minor’s parent/guardian & said minor must accompany parent/guardian to game.

General: By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & the decisions of the Sponsor & judges, which are final & binding in all respects. Released Parties are not responsible for late, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered, postage due, lost or misdirected requests for “No Sale” entries, prize claims, entries, prize notifications, overnight or regular mail or for lost or misdirected transactions, or for any mechanical, typographical, printing, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of prize claims, “No Sale” entry requests or prize notifications, the announcement of the prizes in these rules, the game card or other promotional materials. Any “No Sale” entry request, entry, prize claim or game card that is defaced, mutilated, forged, illegible, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, contains printing or other errors, or is not legitimately obtained is void. In the event the number of winning game cards received or the number of valid winning messages issued & claimed exceeds the number of prizes listed, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all valid, eligible prize claims received to award the listed number of prizes. Only the published number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. Sponsor’s sole liability for defective game cards is replacement with another game card. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Taxes & any other costs & expenses associated with the acceptance & use of any prize not specified herein as being awarded will be winners’ sole responsibility, including, without limitation, transportation to & from the game. If prize documents or a prize is returned as non-deliverable, or a potential winner in not incompliance with these Official Rules prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules & agree that: 1) Released Parties & their designees & assigns shall have the right & permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their names, voices, cities/states of residence, photographs, and/or likenesses for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission, or notification & 2) Released Parties & their designees & assigns shall have no liability & will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or other prize activities related thereto) or participation in this Promotion. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, & to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any element thereof.
