The Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is not sponsored produced or executed by World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE ® ”) or Casey’s Stores or their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.

The Sweepstakes starts on 11/5/08 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 2/25/09 at 11:59 P.M. ET.

1.  HOW TOENTER –

Step 1: Topps’ WrestleMania® 25 Sweepstakes Card. Look for a Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes Card inserted in marked packs of Topps’ WWE ® Heritage IV Trading Cards available exclusively at Casey’s Stores.  The odds of obtaining a Topps’ WrestleMania® 25 Sweepstakes Card per marked pack are1:1.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  To obtain a Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes Card without purchase, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweeps , PO Box 5179, AVOCA, PA, 18641 which must be received by Topps on or before 2/18/09. VT residents only may omit return postage. Each no purchase necessary sweepstakes card request must be mailed separately. Sweepstakes cards available while supplieslast. Note: Simply receiving a Topps’ Sweepstakes Card does not make you a prize winner.  You still must follow Step 2 below and enter online.

Step 2:  ON-LINE ENTRY. Beginning 11/5/08 at 12:01 A.M. ET and ending 2/25/09 at 11:59 P.M. ET, visit the Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes site on the Internet at www.topps.com. Click on the banner, icon or hypertext link to access the online entry form. Complete the online entry form with your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth. When prompted, input the unique PIN number from your Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes Card. You may enter only one time per Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes Card (unique PIN number); each PIN number may only be used once by the holder of the Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes Card. PIN numbers have no cash value and are not to be auctioned, purchased, sold or otherwise transferred to a third party; PIN numbers may only be used in strict accordance with these Official Rules. No form of entry other than as set forth herein will be accepted. Any person who attempts to use any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the above entry limitation will be disqualified. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2/25/09 AT 11:59 P.M. ET. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Be sure to input PIN number exactly as it appears on the Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Sweepstakes Card. PIN number will be rejected (and person submitting such PIN number will not be entered in the random drawing discussed below) if inputted PIN number is incomplete or otherwise does not exactly match PIN number as printed on a Topps’ WrestleMania ® 25 Card. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, WWE ® , Casey’s Stores and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers, anyone associated with the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, any of the above, and each of their respective owners, principals, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and representatives (the “Releasees”) for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible entries/e-mail/no purchase necessary game play requests, or postage due mail; for printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors in PIN numbers or other Sweepstakes materials; for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions/failures; for failure to contact entrant (including return of e-mail/mail sent by Sponsor as undeliverable) due to invalid, incomplete or improper e-mail address, mailing address or other entry or contact information; or for garbled, jumbled or corrupt transmissions; or for other technical or human errors of any kind. In case of dispute, entry will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

2. RANDOM DRAWING- All winners will be selected in a random drawing consisting of all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about 3/2/09 by TOPPS, whose decisions are final and not subject to appeal.  Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or overnight mail and must respond within five (5) days from initial notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  First Prize winners will be sent their prize within [eight (8) weeks] from drawing date.

3. PRIZES- One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip for four (4) to WrestleMania ® 25 scheduled to be held on April 5, 2009 in Houston, Texas.  Grand Prize package includes economy round-trip air travel for Grand Prize Winner and 3 guests from major airport nearest winner’s home to Houston, TX (via air carrier selected by WWE ® in its sole discretion): four (4) tickets to WrestleMania ® 25 (exact seat location subject to WWE ® ’s sole discretion); two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations consisting of two (2) standard rooms, double occupancy at a hotel (selected by WWE ® in its sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation to and from winner’s home, airport and hotel; and Four Hundred Dollars ($400) spending money.  If Grand Prize Winner lives within a 100 mile radius of Houston, Texas, ground transportation to and from WrestleMania ® 25 may be substituted for airfare and hotel accommodations by WWE ® at its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,000.  Actual value may vary based on place of departure.

Twenty (20) First Prizes - each consisting of one (1) box of WWE ® Heritage IV Trading Cards. ARV: $48, each.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $6,960.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including without limitation, taxes, insurance, meals, ground transportation (other than as expressly specified), additional spending money costs of delays, gratuities and other incidentals and expenses in connection with this trip are solely winner’s responsibility. Final trip dates and other particulars will be provided to the winner upon selection.  Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must have all necessary travel documentation and travel at times determined by WWE ® in its sole discretion. All details of the trip shall be determined by WWE ® in its sole discretion. All details of the trip shall be determined by WWE ® in its sole discretion. If trip is won by a minor in his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as one of his/her guest. In addition, if a guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as one of the other guests. Selected entrant for Grand Prize (or his/her parent or legal guardian if selected entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence) and each guest (or the guest’s parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility & liability/publicity release where permitted by law within three (3) days of date on documents. Failure to timely return all required documentation, noncompliance with these Official Rules or return of prize notification or prize as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture with an alternate winner being selected in accordance with these Official Rules.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION  - By participating, entrant (if a minor in his/her state of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) releases and agrees to hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damages of any kind arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or part thereof (including activity or travel related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind and loss to other persons relating to or resulting from entering, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, where legal, winner agrees to the use by Releasees of his/her name, address, photograph, videotape, or any likeness for advertising/trade/publicity purposes without review or further consideration. Winner releases, discharges and agrees to save harmless Releasees from any liability by virtue of any blurring, alteration or optical illusion, intentional or otherwise that may occur in connection with exercise of the foregoing rights. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian who must complete and sign all required documents. Taxes and all unspecified costs associated with prize (including but not limited to travel to and from WrestleMania ® 25) are the sole responsibility of winner.  No prize transfer or substitution, except at sole discretion of Topps, due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of equal value. Employees, officers and directors of Topps, WWE ® , Casey’s Stores, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, printers, and their immediate families (defined as an employee’s/officer’s/director’s parents and spouse, as well as the employee’s/officer’s/director’s children, siblings and their respective children and spouses and household members of each of the foregoing) are ineligible. For Winner’s List, send a self addressed, stamped envelope after 3/12/09 to: The Topps Company, Inc., 401 York Avenue, Duryea, PA  18642. Requests must be received by 3/31/07.

5. DATA COLLECTION- Topps collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes.  This information will only be used in connection with the Topps’ Wrestlemania ® 25 Sweepstakes and as otherwise provided for in these Official Rules. Your personal information may be used to send you additional information regarding Topps, WWE ® and their programs products only if you provide your consent to receive such information. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree to Sponsor’s use of participants’ personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.topps.com

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY- Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Use of web site and participation in Sweepstakes is subject to compliance with the Official Rules, Topps’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of its web site; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES THE TOPPS’ PRIVACY POLICY AND/OR THE TERMS OF USE OF ITS WEBSITE, DO NOT USE THE WEB SITE OR ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the Sweepstakes, PIN numbers, no purchase necessary game play requests or the web site, or to be in violation of the Privacy Policy or Terms Of Use of the web site, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like on-line entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, defective or irregular PIN numbers, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or by some other means determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion as being fair, equitable, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules.  In such event, notice will be posted at ww.topps.com.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate.

7. MISCELLANEOUS- Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the United States. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
