O-Pee-Chee and Topps have had a long and prosperous relationship. Back in 1968, Topps and O-Pee-Chee joined forces to market hockey cards. That relationship continued on until 1993. During that period Topps and O-Pee-Chee produced some of the most important and sought after cards in hockey history including rookie cards of Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux.
Today, Topps is the exclusive licensee of the O-Pee-Chee name in sports trading cards.
