RANDOM DRAWING Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Topps on 5/30/08 and winner will be notified by mail/phone on or about (5) days after drawing. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Topps, which are final and binding in all respects.

GRAND PRIZE (1) – trip for winner and a guest to the 2008 All-Star Game ® on July 8, 2008 at the Yankee Stadium TM in NYC. (ARV - US $4,000). Trip consists of roundtrip coach air travel to/from major commercial airport near winner’s residence; 4 days/3 nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy); and $500 cash. Winner must take trip on indicated dates; if unavailable, prize will be forfeited. Game or event dates and times determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., as applicable, and are subject to change. Unspecified costs/expenses are winner’s sole responsibility. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary as determined by Topps in its sole discretion and will be solely responsible for any and all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid government-issued photo identification). Odds of obtaining game pieces 1:6 per pack but odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

VERIFICATION - Game cards are void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels or if determined to be illegible, mutilated, counterfeited or tampered with in any way (other than handwriting of participant) or if materials contain printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Sponsor’s liability for an irregular game card is limited to replacement with another randomly selected game card provided supplies last. If because of error or for any other reason, there are more claims in any instant win prize category than prizes offered in such category as stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible claimants in such instant win category to award such prizes. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in Game.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION - Open to U.S./Canadian (except Quebec) residents. Canadian resident must first correctly answer this mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance: 600 / 2 x 6 – 82 + 64 = _____ in order to win prize. Winner must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release, within indicated time period. Noncompliance or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture with an alternate winner being selected. By accepting prize, where legal, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, photograph, videotape, or any likeness for advertising/trade/publicity purposes without review or further consideration. If winner is not of legal age of majority (“minor”), prize will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian who must complete and sign all required documents. Taxes and all unspecified costs associated with prize (e.g., insurance) are the sole responsibility of winner. No prize transfer or substitution, except at sole discretion of Topps, due to prize unavailability for any reason and only for prize of equal value.
