The Topps Company, Inc. ("Topps") respects the privacy rights of our users and recognizes the importance of protecting the information we collect about you. Our Privacy Policy will inform you on how we collect, use, and disclose the information you provide to us through the Topps Website, including etopps.com, and garbagepailkidsworld.com (collectively, the "Site"). OUR CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY

We recognize that children may come to our site, and we are committed to protecting their privacy. We do not collect more information from children than is reasonably necessary for them to participate in any activity, and we keep all information we collect on a secure server.

As with all online chats and discussion groups, children who sign up for forums may disclose personal information about themselves in the forums. That is why we advise all users to practice safe computing and urge parents to advise their children not to give out any personal information without their consent.

Sweepstakes and Contests
When sweepstakes or contests are offered on-line, and children under 13 are permitted entry, we ask the child's name and e-mail address as part of the necessary entry information. Once the contest or sweepstakes is finished, we the delete any personal information collected, except if the child has won a prize. If a prize has been won the child is forwarded an e-mail with forms which must be printed-out and completed by the child's parent or legal guardian, and then returned so the prize can be properly forwarded. The information collected in a sweepstakes or contest may be shared with third parties when and as it is necessary for the administration of the contest or sweepstakes. In such instances the third parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information. The information collected may also be shared with a shipper(s) so a prize can be delivered. Further, in some sweepstakes some of the prize winner(s) personal information may be required to be reported as required by law.

Ongoing Activities
Should a child under 13 ask to receive a newsletter, or participate in a sweepstakes or contests which require multiple contacts, or to participate in another ongoing multi-contact activity we will ask for the child's parent or legal guardian's e-mail address, notify the parent or legal guardian that we have received the request, and provide a method of verifiable consent from the parent or legal guardian for the child's participation. The child will not be permitted to participate unless the consent is received. If consent is received the parent or legal guardian will have the option to remove their child's e-mail address from the applicable database for that activity. The information collected for the particular activity may be shared with third parties but only when and as it is necessary for the administration of the activity. In such instances the third parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We do not knowingly collect the mailing address of a child under thirteen without obtaining verifiable consent from that child's parent.

Post Cards
If electronic postcards or e-mail to a friend are made available, personal information about the person to receive the postcard or email is required, for example, a first name and e-mail address. This information is immediately deleted when the requested postcard or e-mail is transmitted.

Children under 13 are not knowingly allowed to chat, or post to the discussion forums until we have received verifiable parental consent. Children who advise us that they are under 13 are taken to a special registration page. At that page, children are instructed to print out a parental consent form, together with this privacy policy. That form instructs the parent to read the privacy policy, sign the form, and either mail the form back to us at:

or fax it to us at 212-376-0626,
Attention: Privacy Policy Administrator.

Our goal is that you will find these updates interesting and informative. Each email from us includes instructions on how to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
