Wrestling fans are probably familiar with Topps' WWF Card Sets of the 1980s, WCW Card Sets of the 1990s, and current WWF Sticker Albums and Poster Magazines being marketed in 2001 in Europe. But the "grand-daddy" of Topps' wrestling cards appeared in our 1951 Ringside Card Sets. The Ringside Sets consisted of 2 releases of 48 cards each, of champion boxers and wrestlers from the 1890s to 1951. Legendary figures like Sugar Ray, The Raging Bull, The Brown Bomber, The Boston Strongboy, Mr. America, Gentleman Jim, and Jersey Joe were just some of the 96 subjects.
