OUR CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY

While none of our features is directed solely to children, we recognize that children may come to our site, and we are committed to protecting their privacy. We do not collect more information from children than is reasonably necessary for them to participate in any activity, and we keep all information we collect on a secure server.

As with all online chats and discussion groups, children who sign up for forums may disclose personal information about themselves in the forums. That is why we advise all users to practice safe computing and urge parents to advise their children not to give out any personal information without their consent.

Children under 13 are not allowed to chat, or post to the discussion forums or enter any contest until we have received parental consent. Children who advise us that they are under 13 are taken to a special registration page. At that page, children are instructed to print out a parental consent form, together with this privacy policy. That form instructs the parent to read the privacy policy, sign the form, and either mail the form back to us at:

The Topps Company, Inc.
Attention: Ragan Whiteside
One Whitehall Street
New York, NY 10004
or fax it to us at 212-376-0626,
Attention: Ragan Whiteside.

Once we have your consent, your child can register and depending on what your child has signed up for, may provide their full name, username, password, email address, age and zip code.

We may use the information you provide of your child for the purpose of conducting the contest you signed up for (for example, to contact you if you have won). In some instances, we may also use it for internal purposes and to send you email updates from us about important functionality changes, special offers from us and our partners, new Topps services and other news items. Our goal is that you will find these updates interesting and informative. Each email from us includes instructions on how to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

We do not disclose children's personal information to third parties, other than affiliates and service providers and only if necessary to operate the website or carry out a particular contest that you have consented to participate in (e.g., to send your child a prize.) These third parties have agreed to use your information for these Company purposes only, and have agreed to keep all such information confidential and secure. To the extent the Company intends to disclose your child's personal information to any third party for any other purpose than as stated above (e.g., marketing purposes), the Company will ensure that it obtains your express consent. . You have the option to consent to the collection and use of your child's personal information without consenting to disclosure of that information to third parties.

Parents have the right to review their children's personal information at any time, and they can also have that information deleted and refuse to permit further collection of information by us. In order to do that, simply email us at privacypolicy@topps.com.
