1965 Jim Piersall Topps Baseball Card Published Color Transparency

Jimmy Piersall played 17 seasons in the big leagues and this transparency shows the veteran in the final years of his career with the Angels. There are far too many instances to cite in this caption about Piersall's interesting career, and while this is not a transparency of him wearing a Beatles wig to the play - yes, that happened - it does give you a glimpse at a blue-collar player from the '60s.
